Make prepping for tests FUN!

The three Know & Show modules provides an interesting and FUN way for students to experience the type of problems found in standardized tests. Students are motivated because they are able to earn additional award stickers to boost their individual and Team score.

K&S 5 Example

Know & Show 3 – This test-preparation module, geared to the 3rd- and 4th-grade level, helps teachers present the type of problems found in standardized tests to younger students. Students are asked to solve a wide variety of problems from nine categories that tie to national standards. A student clicks the K&S icon and is presented with nine categories. Students can earn a total of 24 stickers in each category. Each category also has a second round, where 24 additional stickers can be earned, but all questions must be correctly answered consecutively without any mistakes. Questions are selected randomly by the computer. Earn 432 stickers by completing both rounds in all nine categories.

Know & Show 5 – A great way for teachers to present the type of problems found in 5th grade-level standardized tests. Students solve a wide variety of problems from nine categories that tie to national standards for 5th and 6th grade, including: computation; estimation; probability; predictions; algebra; geometry and more. (See K&S 3 for an explanation of play.)

Know & Show 8 – A great way for teachers to present the type of problems found in 8th grade-level standardized tests. Students solve a wide variety of problems from nine categories that tie into national standards, including: estimation; probability; predictions; data analysis; algebra; geometry; trigonometry and more. (See K&S-3 for an explanation of play.)
